At CoachCrafters, we like to think it’s our people who set us apart from our competition. As a women owned business, we see things a little differently. We’ve got a top-notch staff of highly experienced mechanics, painters, and technicians. Many of our staff are ASE certified, and we have developed a training program to offer continuing education and certification opportunities to our employees.

Meet Our Team

Since 1985 CoachCrafters has been providing industry leading mechanical and repair services to the heavy duty transit industry. Our dedicated and highly qualified staff are part of the reason why.

Anne Wolf
Anne WolfChief Executive Officer
Anne has spent over 25 years as an executive at CoachCrafters. Prior to being appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer, she was the Vice President of the company. She earned her Bachelors degree from Bemidji State University and has a Masters degree in Organizational Development from the University of Saint Thomas.
Wayne Wolf
Wayne WolfChief Maintenance Officer
Wayne brings many years of manufacturing experience to CoachCrafters. Wayne earned his Bachelors degree from St. Cloud State University and an Industrial Relations Certificate from the University of Minnesota. From 1979 to 1983, he was manager of personnel and training for a medium sized manufacturing company. Wayne joined CoachCrafters in 1983 as general manager of sales and service.
Jake Wolf
Jake WolfVice President, Operations
Jake has spent the past 18 years with CoachCrafters gaining progressive experience in all phases of bus and tram rebuilding from the bottom-up. This makes him very knowledgeable in all aspects of bus midlife repairs and refurbishments. He is currently planning, directing and coordinating all of the general operations. Along with a Class “B” CDL, Jake has an AA degree in business management.
Iriz Guerrero
Iriz GuerreroMarketing & Sales Manager
Iriz graduated from the University of Central Florida’s Burnett Honors College. She is a dual degree graduate with a Bachelors in Business Marketing and a Bachelors in Psychology. Iriz joined the Coachcrafters team in Fall of 2015. She is quickly gaining knowledge in all features of bus rebuilding and heavy duty repair.
Steve Walther
Steve WaltherCollision Manager, Quality Control Specialist
Steve is ASE Master Transit Bus certified and has been with CoachCrafters for ten years. Although he is knowledgeable in all aspects of mechanical work, he specializes in HVAC and engine repowers. A native of the Orlando area, Steve is also a certified 3G vertical MIG and TIG welder. Prior to joining CoachCrafters, Steve worked as an auto mechanic for six years.
Jacen Krawczyk
Jacen KrawczykPaint & Body Manager
Jacen joined the team in Spring 2016. He brings over 20 years of paint and body experience to the team, with 10 years of paint and body management. He also spent more than 15 years focusing on fabrication and welding. Jacen is OSHA Lead Safety Certified and Polyurea Certified. He obtained certificates in spray applicator training, basic materials and surface preparation.

John Combs
John CombsWarehouse Coordinator
John joined Coachcrafters in January of 2012. Previously, he worked at Frito Lay as front line manager for 39 years. His specialties include warehouse operations and supply chain management.

Certified Mechanics

CoachCrafters mechanics / service technicians have both education and experience in bus repair, retrofits and complete remanufacturing. The service technicians also participate in on-going training designed to enhance their current skill levels. CoachCrafters Service Technicians possess certifications that include HVAC systems, D.O.T. inspections, brakes, diesel engines, and structural and non-structural paint and refinishing analysis and damage repair.
